Mission: To drive the brand’s sales growth in Hong Kong & Macau by building and implementing retail & sales strategy


Reporting to the Brand Commercial Director, oversees more than 20 POSs and lead a team of retail sales operations and trade marketing colleagues to achieve sales growth and brand development. 

What you will do:

  • Design and execute retail business plans to achieve brand's objectives
  • Strategically establish and manage sales target
  • Identify business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities while maintaining the brand's identify and equity
  • Master retail operations and develop initiatives to drive/improve efficiencies 
  • Develop and maintain strategic retailer relationships; negotiate in collaboration to maximize business opportunities and sell-out
  • Oversee trade marketing strategy and contribute towards brand growth and cross-category business objectives 
  • Motivate, develop and coach the team; enable empowerment and innovations
  • Monitor and drive field staff (beauty advisors) productivity and turnover rates
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Digital, PR and Training team to define 360º strategy in maximizing sales

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Retail Sales Operations with strong track record at managerial level in leading a sizable retail team
  • Solid experience in retail industry
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strategic business partnership with retail expertise
  • Passionate and innovative; flexible with open mind
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
