Retail Visual Merchandising JD:

-            Well plan and tracking launch schedule, no delay, no risk

-            Localize merchandising solution as per marketing calendar, show creative ideas without limitations

-            Good design with brand equity of related category

-            Better communication and information sharing with MKT to understand what they want and deliver in design

-            Responsible for whole launch process, including field execution result follow up; Solve the problem found in field and provide the professional suggestions according

-            Cost follow up, make sure the PO issue in time and well follow up the GR in relevant month in PPP

-            Launch filing summary complete by standard format after each launch

Requirements:

-Design background is must-have

-2-3 years of VM experience in retail (cosmetics preferred)

-Creative with strong beauty sense

-Demonstrate strong initiatives, ownership and accountability for projects

-good communication and presentation skill

-Capable to work under pressure

-Fluent in Mandarin and English
