Primary Position Objectives

-      Develop S2B2C partner to drive brand recruitment and sales

-      Build S2B2C system transaction flow to drive brand sales

-      Build partnership and sales operation plan

-      Build S2B2C partnership plan and B2B loyalty program

 

Position Responsibilities

 

Develop S2B2C Partnership according to brand equity and positioning 

-      Identify and establish new, strategic trade partnerships according to brand and product positioning and sales growth opportunities within China, Taiwan and Hong Kong

-      Brand/Consumer mapping

-      Develop and actively manage existing and new relationships with business partners, and industry influencers.

-      Source and convert charter, corporate and special interest custom group sales opportunities.

 

Set up S2B2C IT system and transaction flow/Legal/Operation flow

-      Drive and lead S2B2C system setup requirements to deliver partner benefits and offers

-      Manage potential loyalty partners to optimize revenue deliver

-      Day to day partner account management including system support, service center support liaison, operation warehouse, billing tracking, account payable and budget tracking

-      Monitors and controls all budgeted expenditure and phasing to constantly achieve enhanced cost effectiveness & product value

 

Partner panel maintenance and data mining and evaluation 

-      Maintain Partnership Database and build B2B loyalty program

-      Parentship marketing and leading B2B partners to generate and nurture leads through trigger-based communications and/or content marketing.

-      Overseeing reporting on co-partner monthly performance

 

Requirements

1.    Entrepreneurship and Strong business sensitivity

2.    5+ year partnership and B2B KA selling experience working experience in hotel/O+O business development

3.    Working experience from 0-1 project

4.    Working experience on international brands and partnership

5.    IT system and B2B partner data management Experience
