Now, we are looking for a professional Compensation and HR Operation Manager to create and deliver all HR initiatives/program to our employee and make Loreal a Great Place to WorkYou will…
- Continously improving all reward policy/governance/process and make sure its in compliance with the regulation and remain competitive
- Partnering with HRBP, head of departments and line managers to help them understand and implement policies and procedures related to HR Reward policy and procedure (ie: hiring, promotion, salary increase, etc)
- Managing end to end reward architecture/structure such as : Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Grading, Salary structure
- Making sure all employee data in all HR System (SAPHIR, CAROL, PROFILE, EFORM, HR PROCESS, DATAON) are safe and accurate
- Responsible to manage payroll process and leading the transition of current payroll process to global vendor
- Managing end to end Performance Management process. Ie: System administration, Monitoring the achievement against the KPI, performance rating distribution calibration, Salary increase matrix and compute performance bonus and incentives
- Monitoring Internal Personnal cost budget and Headcount
- Providing all report and analyses related to HR/Reward that can help organization to make a "data driven" decision. (ie: HC, Costing, Turnover, Competitiveness, etc)
- Min 7 years experience in HR/Reward
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in Economic/Accounting
- Good analytical skills and good in number
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel usage, preferably Macro
- Familiar with SAP and Sunfish is a plus point
