Now, we are looking for a professional Jr. Media and CRM Manager to ensure the media compliance and acquire more consumers, also maintain the existing relationship with them.You will…
- Ensuring the contract and agency are comply with the group norms.
- Responsible for media budget allocation, phasing and closing every month.
- Ensure on the media pricing efficiency.
- Validate the agency campaign achievement through performance audit.
- Validate ahency working process are as per group norms through compliance audit, closely monitor working process with agency are as per guideline.
- Mapping the audience data by segment to create a sharper plan, and create relate communication and program to each segment & Implement the CRM program through the right channel ( EDM, Chat, SMS, ect) in a timely manner.
- Initiate and creating CRM plan, together with marketing team.
- Activate channel to acquire more consumer data, to build the first party data.
- Ensuring the acquisition program in place and running timely to achieve the KPI.
- Actively plan, implement and monitor membership program, and optimize it to get high ROI.
- 3 years experience as executive / Jr. Manager in the similar role
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Good analytical skills and good in number
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel usage, preferably Macro
- Familiar with Power BI is a plus point
