Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to achieve company sales target &category growth and market share within brand guidelines
2. Review the effectiveness of trade marketing plan and activities with commercial team
3. Ensure efficient management of A&P budget / funds by monitoring sales against investment
4. Ensure smooth new product launch and review product performance with commercial team
5. Bridging all related parties (demand & supply, commercial, merchandising, operation) to ensure product availability, performance and brand presence in market
6. Manage price stability and promo guideline between O+O channel
Requirements:
1. Minimum 7 years of working experience as Trade Marketing Manager or Key Account Manager
2. Having solid e-commerce literacy and account management skills
3. Fluent in English
4. Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
