We have a suitable opportunity in the Consumer Product Division for the position of Lead- Revenue Growth Management. In this people managerial role, you will build the RGM framework in line with guidelines to drive topline sales and profitability in the market for the consumer division. You serve as a strategic business partner ensuring RGM plans are integrated into Strategic business planning processes and drive brand growth. You should have minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial or Commercial Finance. The location of the job will be Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization
  • Conducts RGM analyses with the marketing and brand team, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI
  • Combines internal & external, financial and not financial data
  • Maintains average consumer prices and Pack price architecture (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management; Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type, retail selling story and trading terms management)
  • Drives the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit
  • Influences all RGM related business decisions by developing a superior understanding of retailers’ dynamics, value drivers and consumer/shopper insights
  • Anticipate risks, opportunities and solutions to achieve RGM objectives and takes timely actions to achieve budget for RGM initiatives together with the multi-functional team
  • Builds upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business and understand overall RGM methodology - Reinforces RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management - Contribute to RGM capabilities building by sharing best practices etc.

Key Competencies:

  • 8yrs+ Experience in Commercial or Commercial Finance
  • Strong analytics and business acumen
  • Experience in consumer good is advantageous
  • Experience in data analytics (Power BI, R, Python etc) is advantageous
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Self-motivated, independent and proactive in learning
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, agile and dynamic environment
