What will you do? 

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will report to the Marketing Manager of L'Oréal Paris under our Consumer Products Division (CPD) and be expected to manage the following: 


Define and execute brand strategy for L'Oréal Paris Makeup and Skincare categories, leveraging strong consumer insights, optimizing paid-owned-earned marketing mix, and steering with collaborative leadership to deliver growth ambitions:

  • Product Portfolio Management: Key launches animation and hero product support
  • Category and Consumer Insighting: Data analytics to glean consumer truths and trends
  • Offline-and-online Channel Strategy: Focused on e-Commerce acceleration
  • Demand Planning: Working with Operations team for monthly forecast and supply planning
  • 360 Campaign Planning: Establish and execute paid/owned/earned strategies across consumer funnel


  • Market and consumer insighting - translate trends and insights into actionable campaigns
  • Brand development and strategy - macro category vision and long-term planning
  • Campaign activation excellence - relevant and innovative campaigns to recruit shoppers
  • Integrated and collaborative leadership - lead key stakeholder discussions with elevated presence and autonomous decision making

Who are we looking for?

  • A graduate with a highly preferred degree in Business, Marketing,  or equivalent
  • Displays sensitivity to L'Oréal's “Metier”
  • Has at least 3-5 years’ work experience 
  • Strong leadership skills: Strategic, Vision and Drive
  • Embodies excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Deeply passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Has strong operational and management skills
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Driven, proactive, structures and analytical
