We are currently looking for:



for a 1-year project

Based in Ljubljana




  • Identifying pharmacists’ training needs in coordination with pharmacy management

  • Researching and developing program content to achieve specific learning objectives

  • Creating, developing, evaluating, adapting and updating training materials to address pharmacists’ needs, both live and online

  • Reporting and providing timely feedback of employee training progress

  • Ensuring all learning objectives are achieved according to pre-defined plan

  • Fostering open communication across stakeholders.

  • Setting clear and consistent expectations both from internal and external stakeholders

  • Understanding the local market, industry dynamics and potential future complexities related to the company portfolio

  • Learning about all product portfolio and portfolio lifecycle changes, both from sales and pharmaceutical point of view

  • Adapting the trainings according to different business strategies and client profiles; being flexible with planning

  • Distributing new product information to pharmacy professionals

  • Answering pharmacist queries and providing all additional product information

  • Organizing and executing sales presentations

  • Partners with marketing, sales representatives and sales managers to assess, design and deliver training solutions to meet the objectives identified

  • Creating agenda, building tactics, organizing speakers and handling logistics for program design and delivery
  • Answering frequently asked questions related to background product information and gaining a further understanding of competitive issues
  • Continuously evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of current training programs and identify improvements that serve to sustain and improve comprehension, application and competence
  • Impersonating and transmitting the values of the brand to the distribution  
  • Developing creativity among pharmacists and their teams, linked to new products  

  • Implementing global or customized training programs for each pharmacy and/or staff members (online and live)

  • Participating in the development of new training actions

  • Making qualitative feedback on our products sell-out

  • Contribute to improve our products sell-out in line with brand strategy

  • Keeping an eye on competition and report information




  • University Degree (preferably in natural sciences: pharmacy, veterinary medicine, biotechnology, stomatology)

  • 2-3 years of experience on a similar position

  • Highly developed sales and organizational skills

  • Proactive, curios and creative, motivated to learn

  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with people

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office)

  • Fluent in English

  • Category B driving license
