1             Market & Consumer Panel Excellence                  

  • Deliver timely and accurate market results                        
  • Pursue best in class state of market analysis tools, technologies, deliverables & team enablement: training & doubt resolution                            
  • Panel daily maintenance & continuous improvement. Day to day contact with marketing, BD and commercial teams                  
  • Develop first level insights: Trends, deep dive cases, what-if scenarios & market projections
  • Cooperation among department, divisions, zone and CMI           

2             Lead E-Commerce & Shopper Insights (Based on position)                          

  • Develop & lead e-commerce data acquisition and panels (e.g. Profitero)                            
  • Lead & execute E-commerce shopper studies, transmitting knowledge across divisions
  • Coordinate with international teams to understand, gather knowledge and implement locally best practices on e-com shopper & market                     

3             Coordination of  External Agencies                        

  • Orchestrate Agencies to deliver “best in class” service, especially among the 2 panels of which is responsible                  
  • Continuous review and challenge of services provided by the agencies to ensure we have best in class service and the best value for money                  
  • Organize supplier selection processes and operations on a case-by-case basis                  

4             Market Data Capabilities Development (Optional / Based on position)                  

  • Develop the sell out data integration, set and execute roadmap                             
  • Design, implementation & maintenance of sharp, insightful data visualizations & outputs                           
  • Inspire & lead the data project with long-term vision & new fields                          

5             Training to departments                            

  • Training in the different market research methodologies and data interpretation           
  • Training in the different Market research tools (Panels, Kantar, Beauty track, personality media)                             

Previous experience working with Nielsen panels
Great communication skills and ability to present to key stakeholders within the organization
Suppliers management previous experience
Analytical skills
Good command of Excel
English speaker
