In L'Oréal Greece, we are a team of more than 700 employees, and we mostly specialize in the fields of marketing, sales, retail, business development, finance, supply chain, accounting, customer service and HR. 

Now we are looking for a Sales Administrator for Luxury Division!

At L’Oréal Luxury Products Division (LLD), we create offline and online brand experiences that make our customers the center of our iconic brand universe. We make the customer the hero of our brand story. Every day we push boundaries in the world of traditional and digital strategies to advance the brand building, the retail excellence and the digital engagement creating real emotion through memorable brand experiences and creative marketing initiatives.

As Sales Administrator, you will…

  • Provide the necessary follow up and information for the organization of business meetings (regional, national)
  • Equip budgetary monitoring of the sales department
  • Be the main contact for commercial activity in the field
  • Be responsible for organizing reporting for daily and monthly sell in, sales targets, daily tracking of sales progress, sales coordinator support, testers’ traffic, top doors, ranking, etc.
  • Work very closely with marketing team to secure the delivery of complimentary samples and gifts and report them
  • Responsible for new launches placement (communication with clients, marketing, sellers)
  • Be responsible to set up the monthly product catalogue

  • A graduate with ideally two-years work experience, preferably in business or sales administration or relevant role
  • Deep knowledge of SAP
  • Very good use of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in sales force tools will be an asset
  • Has strong business acumen; excellent in analytics and numbers
  • Focus in excellence in execution and attention to detail
  • Adventurous, driven with entrepreneurial spirit; a creative problem solver, naturally curious to explore the jobs of the future, with an open mind
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
