Job:                 Sales Consultant (x 3) 

Location based:         

  1. Rustenburg
  2. East Rand
  3. Randburg

Reports to:       Regional Sales Managers (RSM)

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To support the business channel by taking responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned accounts or regions.  To manage the quality and consistency of service delivery through sound merchandising and by addressing clients’ questions and concerns.  To achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

  • Visit existing customer base / accounts 
  • Achieve targets through the implementation of marketing / sale strategies
  • Complete administration relating to the sales function.
  • Feedback on competitor activity, price surveys & promotions
  • Educate Chains on L’Oréal products etc
  • Implement Planograms
  • Maintain merchandising in-store as per agreed layouts of the brand
  • Direct external merchandisers accordingly

EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

·        Matric

·        Computer literate & proficient on MSOffice Suite

·        Previous experience as a sales representative with sound knowledge of the industry and relationships with key opinion leaders
