- Focus in Operation and Corp. Finance area
- Raise the awareness of the fundamentals of internal control within the Company by the distribution of tools, training and good practices sharing

- Monitor the implementation and progress of Group Internal Audit action plans and internal control self-assessment action plans for improvements

- Coordinate the Group and APAC Zone Internal Control projects (e.g. TOP 5, separation of duties, prevention of fraud and corruption, security of payment methods etc.)
- Assist to draw up simple and effective procedures that comply with local laws, group standards and good practices
- Manage the Statutory Auditors' review of internal control and follow-ups

- Support on the Operation vendor audits and track the remediation action follow-up.

- Work on local IC related projects (Operation/Corp. Fin)
