What You Will Do:

Influences leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Coach and develop basic supply planners.  Responsible for the stock equation (confirmation and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand requirements for the brand they manage. Coordinate basic SKU catalog to optimize the service level and inventory.

  • Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.
  • Participate and lead cross functional project teams.
  • Analyze specific trends, inventory trends to determine risks & opportunities.
  • Manage basic stock strategy at the SKU level for multiple métiers.
  • Facilitate/lead monthly meetings with stakeholders such as GM, Sales, Marketing and Finance to review risks to current trend in basic catalog.
  • Perform monthly Procurement cycle, influencing and collaborating regularly with France GS&OP to ensure best interest of US Affiliate are secured.
  • Analyze confirmation files to ensure that ordered stock is approved to the target level.
  • Work closely with the Promo and Development teams on promotional programs.
  • Investigate daily/weekly cuts to identify causes and work to rectify. 
  • Maintain and update SKU catalogue. 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field is required.
  • 5-7 years prior experience working in Supply Chain is required.
  • SAP or equivalent experience.
  • Prior supervisor/management experience is preferred.
  • Level of experience is differentiated by an individual’s experience level and the scope and complexity of the business unit.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $117,000-$164,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
