Overview: Responsible for the design, organization and implementation of Maybelline events, spokesmodel relations and philanthropy.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all global events, including fashion week:
    • Event ideation and execution of the party; content organisation and invite lists
    • Logistics including country coordination for attendance, on-site presence
    • Trend features / star products
    • Designer coordination
    • Look agreement
    • Press release and communication packet
    • Behind the scenes events and content
  • Collaborate with global Maybelline team to execute 360 experience i.e. digital activation, eCom events
  • Manage the brand partnerships, agency day-to-day liaise and contracts
  • Brief and manage the spokespersons, makeup artists, agencies and freelancers
  • Work with the markets to design and activate off season events
  • Work with and challenge partners to ensure we maximise their services
  • Actively support Brand Comms team, contributing to upskilling and innovation sharing
  • Support philanthropy programming development
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing to support brand collaboration development and execution
  • Core KPIs include brand image perception, consumer loyalty & engagement, number of Press releases
  • Manage budget

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related business experience
  • Experience in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing is highly desired (includes digital experience)
  • Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
  • Interest in philanthropic / brand cause work
  • In-depth knowledge of event management
  • Experience dealing with brand spokespeople and top influencers
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Information & Data management
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Quantitative data analysis skills
  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
