Job description

  •         Sales Administration: To support and coordinate with field team
  •         Organize and coordinate the sales cycles, sales meetings
  •         Act as the link between the local head office and field teams on any operational issues (two-way communication, delivery of required materials for the field teams…)
  •         Define and implement commercial promotions (product launches or animations)
  •         Organize data management in liaison with IT department
  •         Ensure the compliance in sales department, follow up and execute Sales policy
  •         Assist Sales Heads/Director in defining the sales territories, customer, channel
  •         Support the opening and closing of POS including contractual aspects
  •         Coordinate, calculate and deploy Sales Incentives
  •         Coordinate with Customer Services function to ensure a smooth operation with customers
  •         Recruit, develop and manage Sales Operation team
  •         Report to division on the analysis of market trends, business performance and its levers, and make recommendations.
  •         Collect and analyse sell-in/sell-out data. Coordinate with Operation function on stock check and stock report compliance
  •         Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity
  •         Cross-reference data from the sales force, market studies (internal and external) and marketing in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business.
  •         Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation… to develop Sales Policy
  • Territory structuring and alignment)
  •         Project management officer ( Project development, project process optimization and tracking)
  •         Multi-Channel Incentive strategies and organization structure building
  •         Provide the connection between Sales leaders and their sales reps by making sure all the efforts are ultimately aligned with and supported by marketing campaign
  •         Well manage the sales operation team and work closely with GM and functional teams to ensure strategic alignment

 Most important qualifications, background and experience

  •         Bachelor degree with major in Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field
  •         At least 6 years of experience in management of Sales Operations / Trade Marketing / Demand Planning
  •         Experience in FMCG is highly preferred
