We are seeking a Senior Scientist to join our Skin Aging Management Application Domain Team in Clark, New Jersey. The function is responsible for inventing technology platforms in order to boost the delivery and stability of strategic active associations, with a focus on consumer perceived and clinical performance.


We are looking for an innovative scientist with a passion for skincare to onboard on our team!


You Will . . .

  • Create new Anti-Aging skincare products/technologies from concept to formulation, focusing on formulation physical stability and active chemical stability. Works closely with development labs to ensure a smooth transition of new products and technologies.
  • Collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented international environment (US, France, China, India, Japan and Brazil).
  • Communicate and present technologies effectively to different global functions within the company.
  • Develop a wide knowledge base of the competitor’s patent environment and implement patent strategies to safeguard internal technologies.


You Have . . .

  • A Bachelors, Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related scientific discipline with 2-5 years of post-doc or work experience.
  • Knowledge of product innovation and development processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
