For one of our famous L’Oréal brands, we are looking for:
SOCIAL MEDIA and ePR SPECIALIST (m/f)
Do you see yourself as a beauty and social media junkie? Do you know culture, what’s hot or not and how to handle influencers? Do you know what makes social content interesting enough to cross the boundary from online to offline?

We are searching for a unique mix of the creative and the analytical. A social media addict, with a sense for juggling content creation, ePR (community and influencer management), and reporting. Your primary arena will be the social web, but your influence will be felt far and wide.
If you worked on producing social media content in a company or for yourself, have previous experience in an agency role, or have other ways of demonstrating your potential, this might be the right opportunity for you!
Coordinate all activities on social media for one of L’Oréal brands
Create the social media calendar in line with marketing objectives, campaign goals and consumer needs, and propose the most suitable post format or activity to reach certain KPI
Create posts – decide on type of post or social activity and ensure complete creative execution: write the copy, select an image/video, create video/image with designers or videographer
Ideate with rest of marketing team, propose strategic creative ideas to support long-term goals, bring brand positioning to life on digital channels and make the brand story meaningful to the modern consumer.
Influencers Relationship management:
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing
Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for Marketing team
Attend public events and represent L’Oréal
Lead building and maintaining influencer database
Be the first point of customer contact online. Understand and live the brand values, tone of voice and sensibility online
Respond to all customers’ enquiries within given timeframes, following established procedures, efficiently and effectively
Protect the brand: understand crisis scenarios, recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
Reporting and analytics:
Monthly and ad hoc analysis of brand’s social media activity on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, using various third-party analytics software tools.
Assist in developing e-commerce tactics and initiatives on social
Demonstrable experience in social media management or in producing content for any/all of the following: YouTube, Social Networks, personal website/blog
Demonstrable understanding of general marketing principles
Demonstrable passion or experience in beauty, fashion, social media, and/or public relations
Computer and Data literacy (Social media analytics, Excel)
Fluent in English and either Croatian, Slovenian or Bulgarian
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with impeccable grammar
Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines; planning skills and follow-up skills
Basic Photoshop knowledge is a plus
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
