L’Oreal Luxe International Marketing Finance is looking for a new Sr. Analyst to explore the world of beauty.  From our stunning headquarters of Hudson Yards, the L’Oreal Luxe DMI (Directions de Marque Internationale) Finance team support the functions and talents of our four American brands.  In this role, you will analyze the global markets and financials of Kiehl’s Since 1851, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Urban Decay Cosmetics, and IT Cosmetics.  Additionally, we just acquired Youth To The People, and look forward to incorporating them into our amazing portfolio.   This position will be exposed to all levels of L’Oreal, whether it be our Finance partners in France or our Domestic partners in the USA.  Come join the fun. 

Position Description

:

Areas of responsibility to manage, forecast and analyze include:

  • Worldwide P&L reporting of the American portfolio results to the Global President of the DMI
  • Local P&L reporting of the international marketing teams
  • DMI Headquarters spend, including controlling of actuals, Trends and Budgets (4x per year)
  • Management of the foreign exchange currency consolidation and reporting to USA Treasury
  • Ad Hoc work, which may include post-acquisition integration

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting required

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.

·       MBA/CPA a plus

·       Strong computer skills required (Excel a must).

·       SAP a plus.

·       Must possess strong: analytical and problem solving skills; business acumen; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

·       Consumer products background a plus
