Job Title: Sr. Mgr. HR Learning – Project KISS
Reporting to: VP Learning Operations and SVP Project KISS
L’Oreal Learning Managers for Operations are responsible for implementing Learning initiatives that are aligned with Business priorities and contribute to the development of our employees. The person in this role will have the overall responsibility for the creation, coordination and implementation of our Learning Operations KISS Programs. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing learning solutions to support the implementation of Project KISS and build a sustainable Learning offer to support the future Supply Chain organization.
? 4 year Bachelor’s Degree required. Human Resource Management, Adult Learning, Organizational Development or similar discipline preferred.
? 8-10 years of experience in disciplines above required.
? Must have excellent analytical, project management skills and organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate simultaneous projects.
? Must have strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
? Must have the ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multitask with good judgment.
? Experience in managing financial budgets, purchase orders and invoicing required.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, SharePoint required.
? Experience in SAP, SRM or other financial budgeting and purchase order systems preferred.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Ø Develop and Implement the strategy of the Learning Operations KISS Program
Ø Integrate the KISS Learning offer into the future Supply Chain Learning offer.
Ø Ensure that the KISS Learning offer is fully integrated and aligned with the Integrated Change Management plan
Ø Act as a project manager for the learning programs and facilitate the program design with the key KISS stakeholders (domain leads, LKUs, divisional project team members etc)
Ø Manage the implementation of Learning programs (logistics, external providers, enrollments, catering, venue etc).
Ø Coordinate tracking enrollments and attendance, organizing agendas and training materials
Ø Creating and maintaining a central repository of all training materials, accessible to power/end users/new hires/other
Ø Maintain all courses and sessions in HR systems (PRISM)
Ø Ensure the program materials/content/presentations are regularly updated
Ø Compose and send out post-program feedback forms
Ø Track and report on evaluation results in order to make recommendations to constantly improve program quality and customer service
Ø Run reports, build KPIs and conduct data analysis and present key insights to improve the learner experience
Ø Support team members in identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas
