Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across Australia. We have opportunity for a commercial State Sales Manager to join us. Managing a team of experienced and capable Area Sales Managers in VIC, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery and business growth across the Kérastase, shu uemura and L’Oreal Professionnel brands in VIC. You’ll put your well rounded sales talent to work fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere as you collaborate with dynamic, creative professionals on a daily basis.  

 About the role

In this position you will grow the Kérastase,shu uemura and L’Oreal Professionnel brands within key accounts within the salon, retail and wholesale channels. You will embody the brand you represent by developing long-term relationships with clients, in addition you will:

  • Coach, develop and influence a team of sales agents to continue the growth of Kérastase, shu umuera and L’Oreal Professionnel brand throughout .  
  • Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at state level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets.
  • Maintain close cooperation between the regional sales force and business management.
  • Drive the roll out of sales, marketing and education initiatives in the trade by facilitating monthly cycle meetings and being highly visible in the field.
  • Develop a strong regional network and capacity of influence among key customers
  • Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have strong commercial sales management experience within a FMCG or salon environment. A natural collaborator with a coaching mind-set you will be able to influence those around you to drive sales growth. Possessing gravitas and strong communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
