Our teams within Corporate Services play a crucial role in supporting the business to deliver the Group's strategic priorities such as Digital Transformation and our sustainability commitment Sharing Beauty with All. This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.
About the role
As a result of our business growth, we are seeking a confident, highly motivated and commercially focused Talent Sourcing Consultant to join our HR team on an initial 10 month contract. In this newly created part-time role you will work within a small yet contemporary TA function that pushes the boundaries on what is possible. Collaborating with the business across all of L’Oréal’s brands you will create meaningful talent pipelines and pools that are strategically aligned to L’Oréal Australia’s strategic objectives. In addition, you will:
· Actively build and maintain strong talent pipelines that are able to meet the strategic needs of the business.
· Utilize multiple passive sourcing channels to proactively secure talents for L’Oréal
· Deliver market intelligence and insight that influence talent strategy
· Actively manage L’Oréal’s employer brand within key candidate segments
· Complete talent pipeline reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvement in terms of profiles and processes
You will have a depth of talent acquisition experience well versed in sales, marketing or supply chain recruitment. Previous in-house experience is preferable, and any experience within FMCG and general retail will be highly regarded. Experience in a passive talent sourcing role will be highly regarded. You will possess a self-starting and 'can do' attitude, excellent communications skills and be able to craft and shape your role. You will also be quick off the mark, customer focused, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of others across all levels.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), where a flexible working environment will support your work-life requirements.
