Supply Planner – Professional Products Division

Now we are looking for a driven and ambitious Supply Planner to mange the supply of our incredible brands Decleor and Carita.

As Supply Planner you will manage the short and mid-term supply to support ambitious sales targets, whilst meeting service level and stock holding objectives. You will be at the centre of inventory and availability planning and will be instrumental in ensuring we meet our customer’s expectations.

You Will:


Ensure the availability of finished goods and point of sale materials for your brands in the UK&I.


Supply parameters to maximise service, optimise inventory and minimize costs



Risks to supply, working with international and local teams to resolve issues.
You will also anticipate next steps in your work, driving improvements to increase our supply planning capability.


Critical path meetings with key stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Care, Sub-contracting and Business Systems) to ensure the flawless execution of business animations


Risks, providing accurate and timely availability information to the business.
KPIs with root cause analysis and improvement action plans
Grow your network to facilitate knowledge, personal development and best practice sharing

You Have:
Drive, ambition and a willingness to learn

A good understanding of Systems and Microsoft applications (SAP desirable)
