CRM Manager

Major Responsibilities:
  • Planning & execution of main CRM campaigns (prospecting, sampling, recruitment) offline/online Including eventing, online gamification, lead ad etc.
  • Drive retention via Loyalty program & any revamp planning and execution.
  • Trade marketing planning and execution of offline channels; negotiation with retailers.
  • Drive omni-promotion festivals; AW, & media execution.
  • Offline promotion eventing (retailer space; negotiation, planning & execution).
  • Special projects support- data integration; related – Upgrade loyalty program; CRM integration.
  • CRM Training and team support – stakeholder meeting; data privacy update; customer service; Customer representatives.
  • Reporting – data analysis. 
  • Pitching- presentation to retailer / negotiation.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experiences in Customer Data Management + Digital Marketing
  • Data driven, using data to make sound analysis and put into actions- well rounded
  • Customer centric- putting customers first- journey & satisfaction focus
  • Strong analytical skill, creative thinking & problem solving
  • Strong communicator – working with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking
  • strong in Excel and PPT
