Job Description

- Data Management and house keeping in all marketing campaign projects, as well as store front SOP in alignment of PDPA.

- Enhancing customer data quality and data management process to support CRM campaigns, both for online and offline channels

- CRM reporting and presentation: analysis and planning & set up for campaigns, both adhoc and automated
Implementation to meet the business goal of recruiting prospects, converting prospects as new customers, retaining customers, encourage the repeat of the customers

- Store front (KCR) supports – support with all customer registration, redemption process, opt in/opt out, customer’s personal data changing, SMS and EDM process, PDPA process, redemption forecasting and allocation, and training process + system fix

- Zone initiative projects and new local project set up –ZONE

Qualification

- Bachelor or Master degree in related field.


- At least 2- 5 years experiences in CRM both of Online and Activation, experience from retail business would be advantage.


- Solid experience in marketing planning, data analytics or CRM area.


- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.


- Able to work well under pressure with little supervision in a dynamic environment.


- Very good English communication skill.
