Digital media and online marketing manager

Key job accountabilities

Drive online media investment efficiency and effectiveness for business growth via
) Measure & tracking media investment, performance and KPIs;
) Understanding comprehensive media landscape change and competitive environment; new ad formats and technology; to be able to evaluate effectiveness of media plan
) piloting and governing key global & zone initiatives to build more productive media operation systems/processes



       Align media performance metrics & KPIs especially performance media to drive conversion

       Track & measure the media investment, its performance and KPIs in order to bring transparent visibility on media investment amount & strategy & performance to senior managements

       Key contact point and relationship with external partners (including media planning & buying agencies, digital agencies, lead agencies, search agencies etc) by regularly evaluating their performance and collecting market feedback to bring the best outcome from the relationship

       Manage media management systems and lead the process simplification & automation


       Providing strategic guideline on communication strategy using a large and innovative range of online media in line with communication and business objectives

       Collect & share the best in class studies & campaigns to facilitate learning for division


       Responsible for LUXE division brands online media spending by working together with brand marketing and digital managers.

       Provide guidance on online media strategy

       Generate learning & case studies which become core practices and principles of media investment choice and executions

       Pilot the ROI of media investments, defining metrics and using dashboards to monitor media and site performance


       Working with digital managers and marketing & brand managers to consult and oversee digital media plans, investments and measurements

       Working with finance team, marketing team, consumer & market insights and external media & digital agencies
