Online Brand Manager

Major Responsibilities: 
  • Build overall E-Store brand image
  • Translate and writes local copy in line with Regional Guidelines
  • Set Brand pricing and Promotional strategy
  • Champion the online brand plan for their brands in both platform including: setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media, media budgeting
  • Develops a clear traffic strategy, execute and optimize for off platform traffic for each platform
  • Responsible for developing marketing tools for the platform
  • Define target products/ keywords/ cross selling frame
  • Improve rating and reviews for pillar products by building insights on this data
  • Constantly work on the buyer data to improve loyalty and repurchase
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, International business, Business Administration, Advertising or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce and/or digital platform
  • Have business mindset and analytical skill 
  • Understand branding communication
  • Sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Can be good at both team player and individual contributor
  • Excellent in English communication and presentation skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office
