Performance Marketing Manager (Consumer Products)

Drive online media investment efficiency and effectiveness for business growth via  
1) Measure & tracking media investment, performance and KPIs;  
2) Understanding comprehensive media landscape change and competitive environment; new ad formats and technology; to be able to evaluate effectiveness of media plan  
3) piloting and governing key global & zone initiatives to build more productive media operation systems/processes 





  • Align media performance metrics & KPIs especially performance media to drive conversion 

  • Track & measure the media investment, its performance and KPIs in order to bring transparent visibility on media investment amount & strategy & performance to senior managements  

  • Key contact point and relationship with external partners (including media planning & buying agencies, digital agencies, lead agencies, search agencies etc) by regularly evaluating their performance and collecting market feedback to bring the best outcome from the relationship  

  • Manage media management systems and lead the process simplification & automation  



  • Providing strategic guideline on communication strategy using a large and innovative range of online media in line with communication and business objectives  

  • Collect & share the best in class studies & campaigns to facilitate learning for division  



  • Responsible for LUXE division brands online media spending by working together with brand and digital managers 

  • Provide guidance, and make decisions on online media strategy with good balance between brand awareness and conversions  

  • Generate learning & case studies which become core practices and principles of media investment choice and executions  

  • Pilot the ROI of media investments, defining metrics and using dashboards to monitor media and site performance 




  • Working with digital managers and brand managers to consult and oversee digital media plans, investments and measurements  

  • Working with finance team, marketing team, consumer & market insights and external media & digital agencies 


Professional & Technical Competence  

  • Strong analytic skill set in media data and business information 

  • Strong understanding about online platforms and biddable techniques, Facebook ads manager, analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Keyword planner, Google Tag Manager etc. 

  • Strategic thinking by translating data into business growth strategy in media  

  • Comprehensive understanding on media measurement, KPI and performance  

  • Good understanding on consumer and behaviour understanding  

  • Rigorous ROI & data analysis using multiple source of data and information in order to prospectively guide the business strategy 

  • Manages data platforms and utilize the platform to bring creative solutions 

  • Be sharp and meticulous to manage quantitative information  

  • Manages internal tools, systems and processes required for media spend tracking  

  • Good communication skills, assertive and articulate
