Senior Key Account Manager (Consumer Products)

Job Qualifications:

  •  to grow the business based on CPD (Consumer Products Division) vision
  • Forecast, prepare and achieve financial results : sales turnover, market share, profits
  • Prepare and take leading for Trade term agreement development and negotiation to maximize company investment
  • Act as the expert of his/her account to feed a retailer-centric account, to ensure as much alignment as possible for both internal and external stakeholders including working closely with other departments (Trade MKT, MKT, Supply Chain, CS and Controller) to ensure consistency of L’Oreal unity when representing to retailers

Other Qualification

  • Have FMCG experience at least 8-10 years and specific sales experience for 5 years at least. Working experience with Personal Care accounts are preferable
  • Fully understand and use customer sell-out system
  • Work as good team work and support team to grow, Work hard and Play harder

  • Great interpersonal skills, well balance both business-driven and relationship-based with retailer
  • Great pressure management especially from external
  • Dynamic character by accepting changes all time
