WHAT YOU’LL DO
In line with the L’Oréal’s Beauty Tech Company vision, Business Solutions manager will be the main cornerstone of the relationship between IT and Business. BSM will be facilitating the transformation of Business IT needs into IT initiatives and will be expected to develop strong relationships with both Business (Finance/Controlling, Supply Chain teams) and local & zone IT.
BSM works all aspects of solutions from alignment of technology strategy to business strategy, solution shaping, solution architecture, business case development, aspects of delivery through ongoing support delivered to all functions. BSM will be expected to act as a facilitator and enabler for the roll-out of global IT solutions, sharing responsibility for the roll out of projects in cooperation with business leaders.
This role will be responsible for working on roadmap definition and governance in alignment with strategic agenda and priorities of the respective business functions; effectively manage the business demand for application capabilities at all levels. Also will be playing a key role in the change demand process, maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction while creating the long-term value for business.
BSM directly reports to Head of IT, and manages 2 team members.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
· 4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English
· Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and managing/ delivering IT services and operational excellence
· Excellent understanding of business stakes and processes in different domains like digital and data
