So we have redefined leadership; As Revenue Management Specialist, reporting directly to Revenue Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past. What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
1-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Sales Analysis, Sales Finance or related departments,
Experience in FMCG industry is considered an asset
Advanced level of MS Office knowledge,
Excellent understanding of business stakes and processes
Your main responsibility will be to conduct revenue management analyses with multifunctional teams on promotion tools and provide input to relevant stakeholders. You will design and update tracking tools of revenue management performance (performance dashboard by channel, brand). Ensuring compliance over trade spend processes, you will collect agreements and proof of services, check its compliance with plan and create a new format to simplify process track.
You will also be responsible for sharing promo discounts for Wholesales and Supermarket channel with sales operation and sales team. You will be expected to calculate total allowance for Distributor channel and share w/ related teams and prepare pricing report data for analysis.
