E-Retail KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Digital and Media Director and working in partnership with the Digital Project Manager, the eKAM will be responsible for driving the execution of the commercial strategy for indirect distribution channels (e-Retailers and Reserve and Collect players in the Duty Free Channel) and O2O (On-Line to Off-Line) initiatives.

The responsibilities will include:

  •        Mapping of all E-Retail Players & Reserve and Collect players in the channel.
  •        Evaluating their level of maturity and market opportunity
  •        Building a sell-out projections model by brand and by client
  •        Building an O2O attribution model for digitally influenced sales.
  •        Following up with the client and ensuring all e-retail / reserve and collect / O2O initiatives are executed with excellence.
  •        Providing regular content updates for the on-line brand catalogues and ensuring implementation follow-up
  •        Working with the digital project manager, marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment and optimization of the on-line and off-line Marketing & Promo calendar
  •        Following up with the client on data sharing and reporting.
  •        Tracking KPIs of E-retail Performance & O2O initiatives, establishing benchmarks and creating monthly reports to be shared with key internal stakeholders
  •        Setting monthly business reviews with key clients and identifying optimization opportunities
  •       Sell-In, Sell-Out and ROI.

JOB PROFILE:

 

  •          BS/BA required – MBA desirable
  •          Work experience in e-commerce and digital marketing desirable
  •          Previous experience in e-Commerce (preferably one- Retailer, start up or brand portfolio experience)
  •          Entrepreneurship
  •          Strong communication and negotiation skills
  •          Strong organizational skills
  •          Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  •        Capacity to analyze large volumes of data, with the abilty to spot trends and use the interpretation of the numbers to create a positive outcome 
  •          Aptitude for working with internet tools (google analytics, SimilarWeb etc.
  •      Develop new businesses: innovate, recommend & reapply / Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  •      Must be a brand advocate and team player
  •      Luxury and or beauty experienced preferred
  •      English fluency.  Spanish and Portuguese an asset
