What you’ll do:

Order Processing: Manage Order-to-Cash for key clients in the region. Ensure right orders are placed and validated according to calendar to satisfy the requirements of both businesses and clients.

KPI Performance: Maximise/visibility to help the right decisions be made. Work with full team to support the overall supply chain KPI

Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with customers and stakeholders towards a true collaborative relationship.

Claims Management: Manage End to End process, simplify & improve efficiency.

Projects: Successfully implement and support key supply chain initiatives striving for operation excellence.

Skills in Communication & Relationship Management

Positive mindset and ability to go beyond customer expectations and deliver best-in-class customer service. Ability to engage and positively Influence external and internal stakeholders.

Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, communicating challenges and successes both internally and externally.

Supply Chain Knowledge/Experience

Good understanding of key Supply Chain functions including Physical Distribution, Trading Terms, Custom & Regulations, Warehouse Operation, Planning and their interdependencies.

Customer Collaboration Experience

Ability to engage and influence our customers towards execution of best practice.

Previous working experience with regional clients an advantage.

Problem Solving Skills

Able to solve problems effectively, looking for alternative solutions when challenged and able to communicate policy & guideline to others.

Systems Knowledge

Working knowledge of internal systems e.g. SAP, Excel and Power BI. Customer systems experience an advantage.


Position is based in Singapore.
