People are at the heart of our organisation. The Talent Acquisition team are in a very trusted and well respected position of attracting, assessing and introducing exceptional talents to our business who in turn will drive our brands to even greater success.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager you’ll have an overview of all divisions and will collaborate with a dedicated Resourcer to fill roles within the commercial, finance, supply chain, IT and education communities, from Assistant to Director level.
You’ll be extremely passionate about sourcing candidates through your broad network, job boards and social media. You’ll also be obsessively addicted to LinkedIn and be hungry to smash your bonus target.
Charged with driving the full spectrum of the recruitment process, you will partner with our leaders to fully understand the role brief whilst ensuring a smooth process for all parties. Indeed you pride yourself on offering a fabulous candidate experience! You’ll be a confident and competent interviewer, able to spot the very best talent using your business acumen and innate intuition to make an in-depth and fair assessment of each individual.
Your extensive energy and drive for excellence will be required to project manage activities which will be cirtical to continuously boost our employer brand and ensure we are always one step ahead with new sourcing tools and technologies.
