Talent Development Program PR Communication
About Talent Development Program:
12-month, full time, paid managerial traineeship in CPD PR & Communication Team.
After successful evaluation additional 6-month experience in the field commercial team before taking up a position as junior manager for respective department
Real job experience and opportunities to lead independent and ambitious projects
Contract of employment and employee benefit package (life insurance, private medical care, funding in the cafeteria, and others)
Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license
All trainees are assigned to a work at the L’Oréal’s headquarter in Warsaw
Assist CPD Communication Director during ongoing activities:
Developing and executing PR & communication strategy for assigned brands (including new product launches, long & short-term brand PR plans, consumer activations, global brand projects such as Cannes Festival, Paris Fashion Weeketc.)
media relationship management,
cooperation with internal/ external stakeholders & influencers,
cooperation with PR & Social agencies,
planning and delivery of PR & Social events,
tracking and evaluating PR & Social Activities results
Co-ordinate delivery of monthly PR Reports and Rankings
Co-ordinate PR & Social calendars for assigned brands
Co-ordinate brands content updates for Press Office
Development, execution and full ownership of dedicated PR & Communication project
Master’s students or fresh graduates in: marketing, communication, PR, journalism, social sciences
Strong writing skills, ability to ‘tell stories’, networking and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details
Ability to multi-task, be efficient and meet tight deadlines in face-paces environment
Project management skills, analytical skills, business sensitivity
Passion to new consumer trends, understanding of media landscape in Poland, incl. social and digital media
