Section 2: Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring that all order fulfillment functions are completed accurately and on time. Communicates to internal and external customers as required. Control all outbound shipments for order accuracy, to meet the daily business needs. Partners with leadership team to direct the work of the MMS operators and contractors.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse environment.
Knowledge/Skills: Use of Microsoft office

Execute outbound order picking to comply with the warehouse operations and capacities. Be able to issue all daily, weekly and monthly activity reports. Must have the ability to troubleshoot and reconcile inventory issues in the warehouse. Must be able to troubleshoot TO creation issues in the warehouse. Must have knowledge of ALPS in addition to the manual/auto case picking operations.
Ensure the accuracy of all shipping pallets and corresponding documents. Gather and maintain all data and records relative to picking activities. Enter data into systems. Assist in resolving any order discrepancies. Collect all documentation for outbound freight and route to the proper record-keeping unit as needed.
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OHSA and other applicable standards. Report issues and problems to Management. Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions.
