Key Job Accountabilities
  • Coordinate and process orders of product, promotion sets, GWP, samples and all sales-related elements to drive sales.
  • Handle the administrative follow-up and organization of the order processing. 
  • Handle all trade related purchase orders
  • Ensure the sales force are equipped with appropriate resources and materials to achieve their sales targets
  • Coordinate with POS to ensure smooth operations e.g. cleaning/pest control, stationery order etc 
  • Provide the necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings (regional, national)
  • Be the main contact for frontline and retail team for commercial activity in the field
