As Data and Web Analytics Specialist you will be in charge of execution and delivery of work of deep, advanced data analytics engagements which offer excellent levels insight, reach, security and intelligence to build, maintain, and improve L'Oréal web assets, databases and CRM.



Identify Business Needs:

  • Work with brand stakeholders to identify the business requirements and analytics problems to solve
  • Develop innovative and effective approaches based on business analysis, data analysis, data modelling, statistical analysis and predictive modelling


Ensure Data Collection, Quality, Retention and Security:

  • Works in collaboration with Digital IT teams and Media Agency to support data collection, integration and retention based on the input collected with Digital Marketing team and CRM Manager
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency, data quality and security
  • Push "data first" approach for data collection, data quality, insights building and planning in digital campaigns
  • Develop best practices and golden rules in data management and mining
  • Collaborates with Digital Marketing Managers and CRM manager to select the relevant sources of information (primary or secondary data sources, strategy of data acquisition for each web property, etc.)


Build, Integrate and Maintain Data Strategy Solutions:

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Conduct data analysis and designs convenient algorithms
  • Present and depict the outcomes of the findings in easy to understand terms for the business stakeholders
  • Update digital and brand managers on group data strategy, guidelines and priorities



  • Practical experience in tagging web and mobile properties in a manual way and through management tools (GTM)
  • Experience and understanding of Webmaster Tools (i.e. Google Webmaster Tools)
  • Demonstrable experience in creating automized dashboards of different level and purpose
  • Proven working experience as a web analyst
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Profficient in MS Office (master of Excel)
  • Demonstrate scientist qualities: clarity, accuracy, precision, relevance, logic, fairness
  • Practical experience in AdTech Software Configuration (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adwords, DoubleClick, Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
