As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

Within our division, you will be working on the world’s #1 beauty brand - L’Oréal Paris.

You will...

You need to be a people person; you’ll need the emotional intelligence it takes to work with a wide variety of people, deal with feedback and solve problems that arise. You will have the opportunity to design displays which will be seen in thousands of stores across the UK and Ireland, making this a busy but rewarding role. You will be required to work with multiple teams including marketing, commercial and external suppliers to ensure deadlines will be delivered 100% in line with CPA, and within budget.

We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Visual Merchandising with a specific focus on promotional Point of Sale in our largest National Retailers.

Day-to-day you may...

  • Manage the design and development of promotional displays from brief through to final production, on time, with environmental considerations and within budget.
  • Manage projects across your assigned accounts, taking pride in your presentations and organizational skills.  This role focuses on our largest retailers.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, designers, agencies & production teams to develop and roll out new POS.
  • Confidently present your designs in multiple weekly presentations across different teams/functions, managing stakeholders’ feedback and ensuring you can work to project timelines.

  • Keen interest in 2D, 3D Design or architecture.
  • Great visual communication and design skills.

  • Proactivity, with a keen eye for improved efficiency.

In this role you will learn…

  • How to design and manage end-to-end POS/Print production.
  • To work across multiple functions, from Marketing to Supply and Commercial teams.  You will learn to collaborate with some of the UK’s largest retailers.
  • Skills necessary to work at a global organization within Visual Merchandising and Retail Design.

You are...

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
