Level : Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.
The marketing activation apprentice will report into the Visual Merchandising & Trade Marketing Managers and support them with in store activations. Specifically, supporting the Visual Merchandising Manager with retail excellence & supporting the Trade Marketing Manager with gift purchase creation, stakeholder management and National Eventing.
The brand activation apprentice will be supporting on the below big projects:
• Mother’s Day / Father’s Day
• Lightbox roll out across estate (guidelines)
Be a team player and a go-getter, supporting key functions in crucial point of sales acceleration and in delivering excellence in all our point of sale and Key Trading periods (majority of our business turnover). You will have a great overview of what a Marketing 360 role is and could be as well as getting the chance to deepdive in a more “specialty” function like Visual Merchandising that has evolved massively from before the pandemic.
Now VM and POS execution are back as a crucial tool in the Marketing tools portfolio, focusing on experiences and customer engagement rather than more “show&tell”.
Mastering admin and basics in your first months will allow you to use that foundation to develop in a strong marketing professional, capable of handling a marketing role at the end of your tenure.
