The Team/Department...

Luxury Retail is a fast-paced ever-changing market and our teams often have to adapt at short notice to meet the needs of this dynamic business model. As well as stretching your agility and prioritisation skills this role also allows you to develop close partnerships with many other functions. This includes Sales, Marketing, Field teams, Instore Beauty Assistants and external clients such as Luxury Department Stores, Chains and Independents.

Our Fragrance Education Team create and deliver inspiring education for both our own Fragrance experts as well as retailers: face to face and virtually, using both live steaming and online modules

Our Fragrance Retail team drive sales in store, through our own Fragrance experts as well as Retailers: building targets, Coaching Ba’s, monitoring sales performance, building strong relationships to support our portfolio of brands

You will...

You need to be a people person; you’ll need the emotional intelligence it takes to work with a wide variety of people and solve problems that arise. There will also be opportunity to help with the learning and development of instore teams, making this a busy but rewarding role. You will be required to provide a high level of support to the Education and Retail teams. 

We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Fragrance Retail & Education with a specific focus on inspiring learning, digital upskilling of our teams, communication across functions and project management.

You will have genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and understand exceptional customer experiences.

Day-to-day you may be...

• Compiling learning packs and training notes
• General team support across Retail and Education team
• Support our charity partnership and initiatives with Look Good Feel Better
• Manage The Fragrance Foundation process for Luxe Ba’s

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
• Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
