You need to be a people person; you’ll need the emotional intelligence it takes to work with a wide variety of people, deal with feedback and solve problems that arise. You will have the opportunity to design displays which will be seen across the UK and Ireland, making this a busy but rewarding role. You will be required to work with multiple marketing teams and improve Retail Experience for shoppers around the UK and Ireland

We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Visual Merchandising  with a specific focus on promotional Point of Sale in our largest National Retailers.

Day-to-day you may...

• Manage the design and development of temporary and permanent displays  from brief through to final production, on time, with environmental considerations and within budget.
• Manage projects across your assigned brands and accounts, taking pride in your presentations and organizational skills.  This role focuses on our largest high street retailer.
• Collaborate with external suppliers, designers, agencies & production teams to develop and roll out new POS.
• Confidently present your designs in multiple weekly presentations across different brands, managing stakeholders feedback and ensuring you can work to project timelines.

In this role you will learn…

• How to design and manage POS/Print production
• To work across multiple functions, from Marketing to Supply and Commercial teams.  You will learn to collaborate with some of the UK’s largest retailers.
• Skills necessary to work at a global organization within Visual Merchandising and Retail Design

You are...

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
• Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
