• The VIE program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.

So what will you do at L'Oréal Germany-Austria ?

In our Consumer Products Division (L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline NY, Essie, NYX Professional Makeup) we have our finger on the pulse and look for new trends to bring innovative products and beauty experiences to market at all times and to make them attractive and accessible to many people. Our brands are as diverse as our consumers.

We are looking for a VIE Revenue Growth Management to join L'Oréal Germany-Austria in Düsseldorf to work on missions such as :

- You support on driving the price, assortment and promotion optimization for the German RGM (Revenue Growth Management) team of the Consumer Product Division.

- You co-develop price-elasticity models for a deeper understanding of our customers' willingness to pay.

- You will analyse the market dynamics and deployment of pricing, pack and promo formats of our competitors and show the impact on our portfolio.

- You are interested in understanding the entire gross-to-net structure of a P&L.

- You support the development of new Advanced Analytic Solutions.

About you:

• Optimally experienced in Revenue Growth Management, Controlling, Category Development, Sales, (analytical Marketing functions also possible)
• Optimally experienced in topics such as pricing, promotion, mix & product assortment
• Analytically savvy, likes working with large data amounts
• Excel pro-user
• Good stakeholder management
• Likes to deep dive in consumer & market data
• Good project management & communication skills
• Capable and passionate about working in an international environment
• Fluent English
