RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build Planning strategy for affiliate (TikTok shop sale) basing on affiliate sale target, activation, campaign promotion, Kols livestream/video management
- Collaborate with cross functions such as commercial, media, social, marketing, business planning to integrate affiliate plan to total business plan
- Manage Budget for Affiliate & ensure ROI & Cost in revenue.
- Ensure smooth execution of Affiliate plan between business team, agency & Affiliate partners.
- Establish the right sales structure and capabilities to maximize Brands’ sales potential and ultimately achieving the Brands’ vision and goals.
- Analyze and review monthly and annual KOLS effectiveness.
- Analyze competitors’ activities monthly.
- Build affiliate campaigns, investment strategies and day-to-day activates including affiliate recruitment, relationship building, campaign building, commission and performance levels management relative to budgets and expected KPI's
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years in affiliate industry (at least 1 year in affiliate manager position)
- Strong relationship with Multiple network channel & top KOLs in market is preferred (Top 5 ranking MCN in health and beauty/FMCG, Top KOLs in market)
- Work for KOCS hub (inhouse) model is a plus.
- Experience with analytics and attribution modelling is a plus.
