Mission & Defining Characteristics
- Drive Online Growth: Translate marketing strategies into effective e-commerce channel strategies for strategic partners, accelerating online channel growth result in market share gain.
- Develop Shopper-Centric Plans: Collaborate to convey product marketing strategies into innovative, shopper-oriented e-commerce activation plans that in line with the overall marketing framework and Ecom channel priorities.
- Preserve Brand Consistency: Ensure all e-merchandising and content initiatives reflect brand essence and objectives
- Deploy Campaign Activation: Oversee seamless campaign deployment with clear, measurable KPIs.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Champions the Online Brand plan for strategic platforms including but not limited to: Campaign Ecom framework, e-campaign Local Thematic Ideation, campaign-focused assortment strategy, GWPs, activation plan in key channel’s building blocks.
- Develops a clear activation plan with clear building block that can deliver “from content to commerce” (Brand Live, Brand Video, Affiliate Live, Affiliate Video, Flash Sales/ Product Showcases)
- Conduct quarterly competitor analyses to stay updated of trends & ensure planning that goes in line with shopper interests.
- Optimize consumer acquisition touchpoints pre-purchase, during purchase and post-purchase
- Delivers disruptive Merchandising Creatives that go in line with Brand Strategy and Regional Strategy
- Develops strong GWPs Plan for shopper’s activation with optimal budget and meet corporate’s sustainability standard.
- Conduct Campaign Post-Mortem Analysis to measure campaign effectiveness in terms of Ecommerce KPIs, Product Performance & provide insights for next campaign optimization.
Requirements:
- Be Entrepreneur & Collaborative
- Strong Operational Marketing who can build detailed activity plans
- Strong Organizational skills (in terms of tasks prioritization, deadline management)
- Collaborative and able to work between Sales & Marketing to build the right plan.
- Strong analytical skill and data-driven mindset.
- Experience at E-commerce platforms would be referral
