Product Manager for Luxury Division

Every day we push boundaries in the world of traditional and digital strategies to advance the brand building, the retail excellence and the digital engagement creating real emotion through memorable brand experiences and creative marketing initiatives.

Now we are looking for a Product Manager for Luxury Division!

You will…

• Own the delivery of brand media plan (TV, Press, OOH, Digital, Partnerships etc.) in collaboration with partner agencies including media assets
• Build corresponding Strategy for products & categories
• Define the annual launch plan and hallmark opportunities leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty
• Own the responsibility of forecasting for new launches, working closely with Demand Planning
• Create and manage the delivery of product artworks, liaising with Zone, DMI and Legal & Brief the Offline & Online Activation team and Brand Engagement team
• Share knowledge with the team, to deliver Internal Buzz for launches & update the team on Results (Sell out tracking)
• Analyze performance, tracking ROI and working closely with finance on the profitability of products range
• Participate in key meetings to present launches such as Monthly Commercial Meetings, new commers’ inductions, etc.
• Support the Brand Business Manager in building strategic presentations such as Zone and Budget
• Connect with zones & DMI to leverage consumers insights & products portfolio
• Competitor monitoring​

• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty sector or the FMCG industry 
• Expertise in skincare, fragrance and / or make up will be an asset
• Digital savvy
• You can easily navigate from a detailed to a topline view
• You have excellent communication & collaboration skills 
• You are both creative and an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with numbers
• You have excellent presentation skills
• You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work 
• You are fluent in English language
