When you look at L’Oréal, what do you see? If all you see is lipstick, look again and experience the Freedom to go Beyond the ordinary. That’s the beauty of L’Oréal.
Some call us the world’s biggest start-up, and that’s because for more than a century, we have devoted our energy, innovation, and scientific excellence to offer each person around the world the best of beauty in terms of quality, efficacy, safety, sincerity, and responsibility, all in the name of creating the beauty that moves the world.
With 7 billion products sold worldwide, 4 Divisions, 37 Global Brands, 86k employees in 135 markets, there is a lot going on at L'Oréal - and we can’t wait to share with you how we do all that whilst remaining one of the most sustainable companies in the world.
During our tailored Spring Insights Week you will learn:
How does a business like L'Oréal operate. What kind of job opportunities do we offer.
About different departments and functions, deep diving into what Interns and Management Trainees (Graduates) actually do on a day-to-day basis.
You will join employability sessions focusing on Assessment Centre skills, CV writing workshops as well find out more about L’Oréal’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy along with our sustainability programme; L’Oréal for the Future.
The week will be held 100% virtually and if successful, you will be provided with a calendar of events which you can pick and choose from over the week so you can tailor the experience to exactly what you would like to learn.
You will get the most out of the Spring Insight week if you are:
Interested in getting to know more about L’Oréal or the Consumer Goods market (you know, things like how we get products from A to B, or what it’s actually like working with influencers).
Curious to learn more about an entrepreneurial business and build your network
Interested in applying to L’Oréal for an Internship or Graduate Scheme in the future
You are eligible for the programme if you:
