A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Build and execute the TikTok Shop strategy to maximise our retail sales, market share and brand image through the TikTok Shop platform.
- Monitor performance and provide analysis and insights, including reporting for brand teams for both L'Oréal Luxe and competitor brands.
- Manage & optimise the TikTok Shop P&L in collaboration with the Marketing Director/Manager, Head of eActivation and Finance Team.
- Manage the TikTok Shop seller and affiliate centre together with the fulfilment provider.
- Ensure regular flow and update of product information between systems and liaise with Supply Chain on stock availability.
- Work closely with the brand Advocacy & Influence Managers to identify and select affiliate profiles. Recruit and retain creators.
- Collaborate with brand & activation teams to build and execute animation plans to maximise our retail sales.
- Communicate promotional plans and updates with the wider business, engaging all relevant stakeholders – Brand Teams, Supply Chain and the Activation teams.
- Work with the brand, supply chain and finance teams to ensure there is clear forecasting & trend reporting.
- Own, track & manage the budget. Ensure the budget is spent with maximum effectiveness (ROI).
- Be responsible for campaigns and post-campaign reporting. Evaluate and continuously optimise campaigns / AON; share results & knowledge.
- Identify business opportunities by detecting new trends, creators, technologies and digital services.
- Work with Advocacy & Influence teams and creators to develop relevant content that responds to the latest trends in a timely manner (i.e. no more than a week).
- Own the relationship with key stakeholders (Zone, Multi-Div, fulfilment provider) and agencies & platform (TikTok Shop).
- Own and manage all TikTok Shop files, including invoices, monitoring tools & platform providers.
- Upskill the wider team on TikTok Shop.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a deep understanding of TikTok Shop or another ecommerce platform
- Social commerce experience: A proven track record of driving sales and engagement through social media platforms
- E-commerce operations: Familiarity with order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and other operational aspects of online retail.
- Project management: Strong organisational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns, initiatives, and stakeholders.
- Agility and adaptability: The social commerce landscape is constantly changing, so being able to adapt quickly to new trends and platform updates is key.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data from various sources (TikTok Shop analytics, market research, etc.) to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Data-driven decision-making: Using data insights to optimise campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and identify areas for growth.
- Content marketing savvy: Understanding of how to create engaging and shoppable content that resonates with the TikTok audience.
- Influencer marketing experience: Proven ability to identify, recruit, manage, and collaborate with relevant influencers to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams (brand, marketing, supply chain, etc.), external partners (influencers, agencies), and the TikTok Shop platform itself.
