A Day In The Life:
As a E-Commerce Manager you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:
Who You Are:
Actively analyze data to drive insights and present findings to measure performance evolution. Identify, develop reporting capabilities across key business priorities and questions.
Analyze and interpret E-commerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities across all markets. Inputs vs Outputs.
Activates the rights business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions form specific e-commerce KPI’s (unique visitors, conversion rate, bounce rate, profit optimization, sales, new to brand,etc..)
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track. Collaborates with cross functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and facilitate / problem solve with the team.
Digital Tools Management Lead (Data Impact, Content Management)
Provide regular reports on content factory performance, project progress, and key metrics across the Region.
Ensure content is integrated seamlessly across all digital channels for all countries for a cohesive customer experience.
Lead local guidance on content management, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output.
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to ensure content initiatives support overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital and ecommerce, with a strong emphasis on project management in an e-commerce or digital marketing context.
- Proven track record of successfully managing content projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
