Dermatology Medical Representative - North Leinster

We're seeking a dynamic Dermatology Medical Representative to drive the adoption and sales of our innovative dermo-cosmetic products across the UKI. A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Dermatology Medical Representative for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB), you'll be at the forefront of driving the adoption and sales of our innovative dermo-cosmetic products across your designated territory within the UKI. Reporting to your Regional Business Manager, you'll be instrumental in building strong, lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, GPs, dermatology nurses, and pharmacists, across both primary and secondary care settings. Your role will involve a strategic blend of sales, education, and market intelligence:

• Territory Sales & Growth: You'll meticulously develop and execute a comprehensive Territory Action Plan to achieve ambitious KPIs, influencing product usage and securing vital recommendations from healthcare professionals.
• Formulary Management & Market Access: Advocate strategically for product inclusion on formularies and expertly navigate complex healthcare commissioning processes within the NHS and private sectors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture enduring relationships, conduct impactful medical detailing sessions, and engage key advocates to support and participate in our educational events and initiatives.
• Market Intelligence: Stay continuously updated on the latest clinical advancements, evolving customer needs, and competitor activities within the dynamic UK dermatological landscape.
• Strategic Planning & Administration: Set clear, SMART objectives, manage your budget effectively, and ensure meticulous compliance with L'Oréal's reporting systems and UK regulatory standards.

You’ll thrive in this impactful role if you possess a unique blend of scientific understanding, commercial drive, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Specifically, you will have:

• Educational Foundation: A degree-level education with a strong, demonstrable understanding of science and medicine.
• Medical Sales Expertise: Proven experience in medical sales, ideally within the dermatology sector, coupled with a solid knowledge of the UK healthcare environment.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, enabling you to build rapport and influence effectively.
• Digital Proficiency: Competence in IT systems, including Microsoft Office suite and various virtual platforms for presentations and remote engagement.
• Mobility: A full driving license, company will be provided.
• Drive & Autonomy: A proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
